1. Information We Collect

From Customers:

• Name and email address upon account creation
• Event-related details you choose to enter

From Guests:

• Photos, videos, and voice messages uploaded through the event hub
• Email address if entered for a raffle (on behalf of the event host)
• A guest's display name is kept in the browser's localStorage so it does not have to be re-entered. That stored value is not transmitted to us. Where a feature asks a guest to put a name on something they post — a guest book entry, for example — that name is sent to us and stored with the post.
• Email address, if you ask us to send you a download link for a gallery item. The address is used to send that link.
• By entering your name or identifier to use the event hub, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Upload Disclaimer.

From scavenger hunt and similar game participants:

• If you choose to join a host-run scavenger hunt (or similar game) using our player experience, you may provide a mobile phone number and display name. We use the number only to send hunt-related text messages you have agreed to receive (including a confirmation step such as replying YES), such as clue links for that session.
• In a hunt where the host has enabled prizes, you may also provide an email address, and you may tick an optional box to receive promotional email from the organizer named on that screen. Both are stored with your player record so the organizer can contact a winner.
• Your participation state may be stored with our hosting provider (e.g. Google Firebase / Firestore and Realtime Database) as needed to run the game for the host.

From business enquiries:

• When you request a quote through the form on our website, we collect the name, organisation, work email address, phone number, what you are enquiring about, the site, venue or city, when it would run, roughly how many people are expected, and anything else you type into the notes field.
• We also record which page of our site the enquiry came from. This information is stored so we can answer the enquiry and keep a record of who has contacted us.

No account login is required for typical guest hub access. Optional features (raffles, games with SMS, etc.) may ask for additional information only if you choose to use them.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver and manage event experiences for hosts and guests
• To temporarily store user-generated content (photos, videos, messages)
• To allow event hosts to contact raffle participants
• To deliver optional SMS messages for games (e.g. scavenger hunts) when you have opted in
• To improve and secure the performance of the Platform
• To detect and prevent automated abuse of the forms on our website

We do not send marketing emails or contact guests directly unless they have explicitly opted in to receive communication from us. Hunt-related SMS are limited to the activity you signed up for; you can opt out of further texts for that flow as described in the messages (e.g. STOP). 3. Content Retention

Guest-submitted content is retained for 90 days measured from the event's start date, and is deleted from our servers the day after that window closes. Where an event has an extended storage plan, that plan's end date replaces the 90-day window. After that, content is permanently deleted from our servers.

4. How Information Is Stored

Our Platform is built on Firebase services provided by Google, including:

• Firebase Authentication
• Firestore (Database)
• Firebase Realtime Database (live game and session state)
• Firebase Hosting
• Firebase Storage

Our public website at www.ohh-snaps.com is served by Vercel, which processes the requests made to it.

Data is stored on servers in the United States and is protected with industry-standard security practices.

5. Cookies, Tracking, and Local Storage

We use localStorage to remember a guest's display name so it does not have to be re-entered when uploading content. The value held in localStorage is not transmitted to us.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website. There is no Meta Pixel, no Google Analytics and no Google Tag Manager, and no third-party advertising tag of any kind. No advertising cookie is set.

6. Technical and Security Data

The quote form on our website carries automated-abuse protection. When a submission is held by that protection, we store the submission together with the IP address it was sent from, the browser user agent string it reported, and which page of our site it was submitted from.

We collect this to detect and prevent automated abuse of the form. It is not used for marketing, it is not combined with any advertising profile, and it is not sold.

A held submission is kept for 90 days and is then deleted. The technical details recorded alongside it — the IP address and the user agent string — are kept for 30 days and are then deleted.

Held submissions are reviewed by a person. An automated filter will sometimes catch a real enquiry, so where a member of our staff marks a held submission as not spam, it is treated as a genuine enquiry we need to answer and it is no longer subject to the 90-day expiry described above.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal data. Guest emails collected during raffles are made available only to the respective event host.

To send SMS, we use a messaging provider (such as Twilio) as a service provider. They process phone numbers and message content only to deliver and receive texts on our behalf. Mobile carriers may process messages in the ordinary course of delivering SMS. We do not sell phone numbers for unrelated marketing.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
